Shadowbox Supports Congressional Action to Prohibit FDA Enforcement of LDT Rule 📝
Shadowbox is proud to stand alongside the Association of Molecular Pathology (AMP) and more than 60 labs and leading organizations in signing a letter to Congress. The letter urges the inclusion of appropriations language prohibiting the FDA from allocating resources to enforce its proposed rule treating laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) as medical devices.
