Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP) Surveying Impacts of the FDA Final Rule on your Lab
AMP is one of the key organizations working with Congress to implement CLIA Modernization, a cost-effective approach to regulate LDTs that, unlike the FDA’s final rule, doesn’t stifle innovation or disrupt patient care. FDA estimates compliance costs for their rule could exceed $100,000 in the first year alone. AMP filed a lawsuit to overturn this rule and needs your assistance by completing this survey as soon as possible.
